How can you access Theqa digital services?
You can use Theqa services through:
- Your ID or residence card, provided that your card has e-authentication enabled by the Royal Oman Police.
- Your digital identity through the Theqa mobile app
What is the difference between the previous e-authentication service and Theqa?
The previous e-authentication system relied on mobile SIM cards enabled for e-authentication and required you to visit a service provider to activate the service.
With Theqa, you do not need to change your SIM card or use an extra device, such as a card reader. You can easily activate your digital identity through the mobile app and securely complete your digital transactions from anywhere.
