Special conditions
- For Omanis: Must be an Omani national Must be at least 21 years old Must hold an appropriate educational qualification or have practiced the profession regularly for a period of no less than two years Must be of full legal capacity Must have good conduct and reputation, and must not have been previously convicted of a crime involving dishonor or breach of trust unless rehabilitated For Non-Omanis: Must hold a university qualification in their field and prove that they have practiced radio, television, or journalism for at least five years Must possess a radio, television, or journalism work card from their country of origin Must have good conduct and reputation, and must not have been previously convicted of a crime involving dishonor or breach of trust unless rehabilitated
