Special conditions
- The institution must be authorized to carry out the activity of holding artistic events and festivals by the relevant authorities (the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion + Muscat Municipality)
- The institution must adhere to the regulations governing such events and must not carry out any performance or event that offends the norms, customs, and traditions of society
- There must be no violations of the provisions and requirements under which the approval was issued
