Special conditions
- There should be no violations of the terms and conditions under which the approval was granted
- The institution must have a permit to engage in organizing artistic events and festivals from the relevant authorities, such as the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and Muscat Municipality
- The institution must follow the regulations for these events and avoid any performance or activity that goes against societal norms, customs, and traditions
