- Compliance with the provisions of the Diving Regulations in the Marine Environment outside the Natural Reserves, issued by Ministerial Decision No. (40/2009), and adherence to all applicable laws and regulations
- The beneficiary must hold a valid diving certification
- Compliance with the technical requirements of permits issued by the Authority
