Special conditions
- The other party must be a taxable client
- Tax invoices must be issued in accordance with Articles 144 and 145 of the regulation
- the delegation must be done through a written agreement that describes the supplies covered by this agreement
- The taxable entity should not issue a tax invoice for the same supply
- Each party must notify the other party in case they are no longer registered
- the other party must provide the taxable entity with a copy of the tax invoice issued on their behalf, and the taxable supplier must approve it
- the tax invoice issued on behalf of the taxable entity must include the statement "the taxable entity is responsible for paying the tax due on the supply
- each party must notify the other party in writing if they wish to stop working under this agreement
