This service enables every doctor/pharmacist in the private sector to prescribe or dispense narcotic or psychotropic medications by submitting a request to get a license to deal or trade with these medicines.

- A valid health/pharmacy institution license
- A copy of the pharmacist or doctor license
- A copy of the doctor's/pharmacist's ID
- A letter of recommendation from the institution
- Non-conviction letter from the Royal Oman Police
