Special conditions
- The institution must be licensed to carry out artistic events and festivals by the relevant authorities (Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion and Muscat Municipality)
- The institution must comply with the regulations and laws governing such events and must not conduct any performance or activity that offends the customs, traditions, or values of society
- The institution must not have any legal restrictions or previous warnings issued by the Ministry
