Special conditions
- Make sure the vehicle registration has no fines or restrictions. If there are any, you must pay them to activate the operating card.
- You must comply with the permitted axle weight limits.
- The vehicle (tractor unit) must have a valid and active operating card.
- You must send a request letter to the Royal Oman Police for traffic accompaniment (Traffic Escort), where the Royal Oman Police accompany the vehicle for security purposes.
- Check the Executive Regulations of the Land Transport Law to make sure you meet the requirements.
- - After the permit is issued, you must not transport loads from unauthorised locations or drive the vehicle while loaded on paved roads. The company is responsible for any damage to roads, bridges, or public and private property.
