The mentoring program is to create a bilateral relationship between the mentor of specialists (experienced and competent) and the entrepreneur based on mentoring and transfer of experience and knowledge aimed at empowering Omani entrepreneurs, where mentors share personal experience, knowledge and motivation to inspire and enhance the capabilities of entrepreneurs and their institutions and help them achieve the desired goals.

- Standards for entrepreneurs Selection: The project should have had been operating at least one year. To have passed the entrepreneurs readiness program. To be registered in the Authority’s system. Priority for Those who are fully committed to their projects. Standards for Mentors Selection: To have personal and professional experience in the field of entrepreneurship, with awareness of the challenges facing small and medium enterprises. To have the method and ability to direct and develop small and medium enterprises. To have knowledge in managing small and medium enterprises or has an existing commercial institution or previously had one.
