Lease your Agricultural Land for Non-Agricultural Purposes
This electronic service enables the issuance and documentation of an agricultural land lease contract between two parties — the landowner (first party) who leases the agricultural land, fully or partially, to the other party (tenant) for a specified period in exchange for an agreed financial amount, with all contract terms and conditions documented, certified, and approved in accordance with approved procedures.

Before you start
- A letter from the land owner or his agent
- A copy of the agency document if the application is submitted on behalf of the owner, along with bringing the original
- A copy of the legal notification if the applicants are heirs, if any, and bring the original
- A copy of the ownership/graphic document
- ID card
- A copy of the well inventory certificate (if available)
