This will be achieved through a set of executive programs and plans related to the digital economy.

The Ministry has also developed a map of the expected outputs of the National Digital Economy Program, represented in: creating national industries in the digital economy, enhancing the local added value of the digital economy, creating income-generating opportunities that are sustainable and keep pace with technological development, creating a strategic partnership with private sector institutions, digitally empowering the economic sectors included in the Tenth Five-Year Plan, and attracting foreign direct investment in the field of the digital economy.
