Publicize a Chanting Band
The service enables citizens and residents who practice chanting (inshad) and wish to form chanting bands to request for their bands' public recognition.

Special conditions
- The applicant must be of Omani nationality
- Guardian consent is required for those under 18 years old
- The member must be from the governorate to which the band is affiliated
- The number of members must be no less than twenty
- The name of the band must not include the names of individuals, governorates, specific areas, tribes, or the name of an existing band in the same activity
- The member must not be affiliated with another band
