Special conditions
- The applicant and the head of the band must be of Omani nationality
- The approval of the guardian for those under the age of 18
- The approval of the employer for non-Omanis
- The name of the group should not bear the names of individuals, states, areas, tribes, or the name of an existing group in the same activity
- The member should not be affiliated with another group
