Register a Lease Contract

This service enables you to document the rental relationship between the lessor and the lessee, allowing the lessee to utilize the rented property during the contract period in exchange for an agreed-upon rent.

Before you start

  • ID cards of endowment agents.
  • Contract form
  • Certificate of termination of the previous contract
  • A no-objection letter from the homeowners’ association manager
  • Title of property and the cadastral drawing (krooki)
  • A copy of the lessor’s card or a copy of the agency
  • The ID card of the landlord’s agent
  • Power of attorney and signature documents (if the lessor's representative is a company)
  • A copy of the tenant’s ID card
  • Commercial registration and signature authorization documents (if the tenant is an institution or company)
  • Legal authorization and power of attorney documents
  • Registeration fees

    Registration fees to be paid are 3% of the monthly rental value as a contract registration fee.
