Notify the parties to the transaction to attend the service hall to complete the sale procedures and receive the title deed, or to complete the documentation process at the real estate brokerage offices.
Special conditions
- The parties to the contract (the seller and the buyer) must be present, be at least 18 years old, legally competent, and authorized to carry out the transaction, or be represented by a legal proxy authorized to act on their behalf.
- The approval and awareness of the other partner regarding the partner’s intention to sell must be taken into consideration if the property is jointly owned, with both parties present or legally represented.
- The property must not be under seizure or mortgage, unless approval is obtained from the mortgagee entity, and it must not be affected by planning restrictions.
- Renewal of the cadastral survey plan, if required.
