Special conditions
- The property must not be seized or mortgaged except with the approval of the mortgagee
- The cadastral plan (krooki) must be updated if needed
- Minors, if any, must be registered in the system through real estate registration offices and in the will letter issued by the court
- Heirs must be identified on the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning’s platform before submitting the request
