Special conditions
- Complying with the Environmental Protection and Pollution Control Law issued by the Royal Decree No. (114/2001)
- Complying with the Law on Regulating the Work of Engineering Consultative Offices issued by the Royal Decree No. (27/2016)
- Complying with the regulations governing the work of consulting offices upon the issuance of the environmental consulting offices accreditation regulation
- The office must have valid ISO14001 and ISO9001 certifications from national/international authorities and possess environmental monitoring and measurement equipment or have the ability to obtain the equipment required to conduct environmental studies in the case of categories (A) and (B)
