- Complying with the Royal Decree No. 115/2001 related to the Law on the Protection of Drinking Water Sources from Pollution
- Complying with the Ministerial Decision No. (145/93) and its amendments, regarding the reuse and discharge of wastewater
- Complying with the Ministerial Decision No. (12/2017) amending the Reuse and Discharge of Wastewater Regulations
- Complying with the Ministerial Decision No. (55/2002) amending the Reuse and Discharge of Wastewater Regulation
- Adhering to the technical requirements of the licenses issued by the Authority
- Getting an environmental permit
