Report Maritime Incident or Accident
This is a voluntary service provided by the Ministry's Investigation Authority (Transport Safety Office) to investigate reports of a marine accident related to the operation of a vessel that may endanger the safety of the vessel, its passengers, any other person, the marine environment, or any port or facility.

Special conditions
- Submit all necessary data and documents related to the maritime accident.
- Reports are responded to according to the type of report or as needed. Not all incoming reports are required to be processed unless they impact the safety of the maritime sector.
