This service enables you to transfer a commercial vehicle operating card to another person. The vehicle ownership will transfer after the new owner completes the required procedures with the Royal Oman Police.

Special conditions
- The new owner must complete the vehicle ownership transfer at the Vehicle Registration] Department at the Royal Oman Police.
- You (the current owner) must pay all fines recorded on the operating card before transferring ownership.
- Make sure the vehicle is suitable for the intended commercial activity.
